Stop Stroke

Stop Stroke is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to improving the quality of life of people affected by stroke. It works toward a future in which stroke is no longer a leading cause of disability and death, supporting survivors, caregivers, and families through education, resources, and community connection.

The organization raises awareness in the United States and Côte d’Ivoire, helping the public understand stroke risk factors, recognize symptoms, and respond to emergencies. Its resources address prevention, care, recovery, and the emotional challenges that can follow a stroke. Stop Stroke also provides rehabilitation assistance, organizes support groups for survivors and family members, and advocates for efforts to prevent strokes.

Alongside practical support, Stop Stroke promotes healthy lifestyle choices, including exercise and a healthy diet, as ways to reduce stroke risk. The organization invites people to get involved and accepts donations to support its charitable work. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
