About Project STOP
Project STOP is a brand dedicated to designing, implementing, and scaling circular economy solutions to combat plastic pollution in Southeast Asia's oceans and environment. With a mission to Stop Waste and Go Circular, Project STOP partners with cities to develop sustainable waste systems that effectively halt the flow of plastic into the environment. Since its inception, Project STOP has achieved remarkable impact.
It has served a population of 327,370 with waste collection and created 333 full-time jobs. Additionally, it has collected 47,428 tonnes of waste, preventing 37,366 tonnes of environmental leakage and collecting 5,837 tonnes of plastic. By stopping plastic leakage and implementing waste collection operations and hotspot cleanups in Project STOP cities, the brand actively contributes to a cleaner environment.
With successful partnerships in Muncar Municipality, Pasuruan Regency, Jembrana Regency, and Banyuwangi Regency, Project STOP continues to make a tangible difference in combatting plastic pollution
