About StopReg
StopReg is an email intelligence and validation platform that helps businesses reduce fake signups and improve the quality of their user data. Designed for developers and platforms such as SaaS services, marketplaces, and email marketing tools, it checks email addresses or domains in real time so teams can apply their own signup and lead-collection policies.
Its REST API offers two validation options: full email checks and a privacy-focused, domain-only endpoint. Checks can identify disposable, relay, alias, forwarding, role-based, public-provider, educational, ISP, and free-subdomain email types, as well as validate syntax and verify whether a domain has MX records. Results are returned in JSON, with typical response times under 300 milliseconds. StopReg also provides domain allowlists and blocklists, custom enforcement policies, bulk validation, provider information, and a form abuse shield on eligible plans.
