STOP SUCESIONES is a non-profit association established in 2016 that advocates against the inheritance and donation tax in Spain. With a mission to promote a comprehensive reform of inheritance taxation, the organization provides legal and fiscal advice, support, and assistance to families adversely affected by this burdensome tax. Recognizing the emotional and financial toll that inheritance taxes can impose, STOP SUCESIONES seeks to dismantle what they consider an unjust and discriminatory fiscal system causing harm to thousands of families across the nation.
The association works diligently to mobilize public support, including facilitating signature campaigns and offering resources such as guidelines for tax procedures after a family member's passing. They also maintain a robust presence in fiscal advocacy, tracking changes in legislation and promoting awareness about individuals' rights regarding their inheritances. Through collaboration and community engagement, STOP SUCESIONES strives to defend and protect family heritage while fighting for legislative reforms that lessen the financial burdens imposed by inheritance taxes.
