STOREP

STOREP, the Italian Association for the History of Political Economy, was founded in 2003 to advance the study and teaching of economic thought. With a robust international membership of around 250 scholars, STOREP plays a pivotal role in the academic community by organizing informative conferences and fostering collaboration among researchers.

Each year, STOREP hosts its annual conference, featuring invited speakers and sessions that explore diverse perspectives in economic research. Past conferences have included Raffaelli Lectures, Young Scholars Awards, and various social activities to encourage networking among participants. STOREP is committed to promoting inclusivity, as evidenced by its initiatives for young scholars and engagement with contemporary economic issues.

In addition to conferences, STOREP provides resources for members, including publications and workshops aimed at enhancing research quality and discussions within the field. By championing historical insights and encouraging academic dialogue, STOREP ensures the evolution and understanding of political economy in modern contexts.
