The St. Paul Capitals Hockey Association (SPCHA) is a community hockey organization serving players and families in St. Paul. Its programs support a broad range of ages and skill levels, from Mini Mites and Mites through Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam, with girls’ co-op opportunities for ages 8U to 15U. The association shares team schedules, rosters, registration details, news, and fan information, and organizes tournaments including the Capital City Classic, Mite Jam, Capital Cup, and Cormick Cup.

SPCHA offers resources to help players develop, including goalie coaching, clinics, skills guidance, equipment requests, and summer hockey development information. Parents can find guidance on uniforms, evaluations, financial aid, equipment loans and rentals, volunteer requirements, and player and spectator conduct. Coaches and team managers have access to certification information, practice and dryland resources, scheduling support, forms, and reimbursement guidance. Through its programs and practical support, the association helps make organized hockey accessible while fostering player growth and participation across its teams.
