Straeder-Gourmet

Straeder-Gourmet, led by chef Daniel Räder, provides private dining and event catering designed around memorable food and personal service. The brand organizes celebrations, birthday dinners, home-cooking experiences, and events at clients’ homes or other venues, preparing dishes fresh in familiar or chosen surroundings. Its offerings range from refined, creative cuisine to traditional home-style cooking, with a stated preference for regional ingredients and produce from local suppliers whenever possible.

Straeder-Gourmet also runs hands-on cooking courses for home cooks and food enthusiasts. Themed classes explore ingredients such as fish and seafood, game, and beef, and typically include a multi-course meal, paired wines, a welcome drink, recipes to take home, and professional cooking tips. Events are presented as relaxed, shared culinary experiences, with courses held at Küchen-Treff-Alzey.

Räder’s cooking draws on classical French techniques, modern creative ideas, and the culinary traditions of Rheinhessen and the Palatinate. His experience includes training at Deidesheimer Hof and work with chefs in Michelin-starred restaurants.
