The experience is designed for fans, though watching the series is not required.

The store offers a wide selection of Stranger Things merchandise, including exclusive and custom items, collectibles, memorabilia, and 1980s-inspired products. Featured offerings include “Elegorgon,” created in collaboration with Netflix and iam8bit, General Mills Stranger Things cereal, and Bandai Hawkins action figures. Most store merchandise is available in person, while a selected range can be purchased through the official Netflix merchandise shop.

The Las Vegas location is listed at the Showcase Mall, with walk-in visits available and free entry. The brand has also operated in cities including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Paris, Chicago, and São Paulo; the São Paulo store is now closed.
