About SCA
Strata Community Association (SA/NT) is a leading brand representing members across South Australia and the Northern Territory. As a professional organization and consumer advocate, SCA (SA/NT) plays a vital role in the efficient administration of strata schemes. With a rich history, SCA (SA/NT) was established in 1984 as the Strata Titles Institute and later renamed the Community and Strata Corporation Institute of SA Inc. In 2011, it became a chapter of the National Community Titles Institute, which ultimately rebranded as Strata Community Australia (SCA). In 2020, SCA (SA) and SCA (NT) joined forces to provide national representation.
SCA (SA/NT) actively engages in legislative reviews, supports members in meeting their obligations, and raises professional standards through training, education, and advocacy.
