About Stratous
Stratous is a Peruvian agency specializing in cultural exchange programs to the United States for young students aged 18 to 27. Our Work & Travel USA program allows participants to travel, work, and immerse themselves in American culture during their summer vacations. Additionally, our Internship program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain professional experience abroad for up to 1 year, focusing on fields such as Hospitality, Tourism, and Gastronomy.
Our mission at Stratous is to foster youth development and interpersonal skills through intercultural experiences, while also enabling participants to bring back and apply their learnings to their home countries. We aspire to be a leading provider of cultural exchanges nationally and internationally, creating transformative experiences that broaden perspectives and create lasting connections across the globe.
