About 山梨いちごの王さまミュージアム サンリオ創業者 辻󠄀信太郎記念館【公式】
Yamanashi Ichigo no Ousama Museum is a Sanrio museum in Yamanashi, created by Sanrio founder Shintaro Tsuji in his home region as a gift to fans. Inspired by Sanrio’s message, “Everyone getting along together,” it shares the company’s early days and history, including stories not previously told publicly. The museum presents two main exhibitions: the Sanrio History Museum, with materials tracing the company’s development by era, and the Shintaro Tsuji Memorial Museum, featuring items and documents from his life, along with a recreation of his office.
Visitors can also browse the museum shop, which offers character goods and original products available exclusively at the museum. Admission requires an advance purchase for a reserved time slot; tickets are sold through Asoview and Ticket Pia. The museum is generally open from 10 a.
m. to 5 p. m., with last entry at 4 p.
m., and is usually closed on Tuesdays, subject to seasonal changes
