StraWoman is an Italian women-focused running and walking event that celebrates strength, vitality, wellbeing and community. Launched in 2011, the tour brings thousands of participants together and is now in its 16th edition, with events held in cities and towns across Italy. Its welcoming format is open to women of all ages and fitness levels, including people who have never run before, and participants may run or walk alongside friends, family and other companions.
More than a race, StraWoman offers a lively shared day of movement, smiles and positive energy, encouraging participants to enjoy physical and mental wellbeing together. The brand provides online event registration and information about its scheduled locations, while its website and social channels share event updates and highlights. Participants can also add one euro to their registration to support WeWorld and its Women’s Spaces, which offer listening and support to women experiencing vulnerability or violence.
