StrelaKIDS e. V. is a family support organization based in Stralsund, Germany, providing counseling, education and care for children and adolescents with chronic illnesses and the people who support them.

Its services address health, caregiving and everyday family needs, with guidance on asthma, epilepsy, allergies, neurodermatitis, infant sleep, breastfeeding and nutrition. The organization offers patient education, including neurodermatitis courses for parents, children and teenagers, as well as anaphylaxis training and care courses for families of children and young people who need care. Its family and parent-child activities include a breastfeeding and parent café, a playgroup for babies from eight months, baby massage and a prevention course for expectant parents.

StrelaKIDS also provides nursing advice for family caregivers, early family support, allergy counseling and nutrition therapy through its “Essenzeit” service. Additional programs include support for families of children with disabilities, a shared-living project and training for healthcare professionals.
