Strategic Explorations

Strategic Explorations Network is an internet services provider operating a global IP backbone connected to multiple distributed networks and major internet exchange points. The company serves organizations, research institutions, and network departments with internet and internal network connectivity, hosting, and traffic-carrying services. Its backbone provides IP transit to more than 60 networks through over 15 points of presence across multiple continents, and connects to four global distributed networks.

The company’s services include IP transit, network access, colocation in its own data centers, and interconnection between networks. It also helps organizations plan, build, and operate their own networks, drawing on the expertise used to develop and maintain its backbone. Information and consulting services cover network planning, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Strategic Explorations emphasizes customized service, optimized global routing, and monitoring and response processes intended to help address network incidents and restore service quickly. Its experimental routing protocols and modern router technologies support its efforts to provide efficient, low-latency connectivity.
