Strib Trampolin

Strib Trampolin is a trampoline club in Strib, Denmark, welcoming people who want to learn trampoline skills or develop their existing abilities. Its training takes place at Strib School, in Hall 2, on Røjlemosevej in Middelfart. The club teaches fundamental trampoline movements, including seated landings, back landings, stomach landings and somersaults, with opportunities to progress through different levels of training.

Members can choose from three groups. Beginners train once a week, and participants of all skill levels are welcome. The aspirant group trains twice weekly and requires at least one season of experience, while competitive jumpers train four times a week and also need a minimum of one season’s experience. Beginners and more experienced athletes may also have the opportunity to take part in competitions.

Alongside regular training, Strib Trampolin arranges club events and shares news about season registration and activities. The club uses Facebook to post updates and competition results, and Instagram to share videos from everyday training.
