Stridemates

StrideMates is a digital platform for running clubs, built to help organizers manage events and bring runners together without spreadsheets, lengthy group chats, or paper forms. Runners can discover clubs through a map and join at no cost, with no subscriptions or advertising. Club organizers can create a club, publish runs, set routes and ticket options, manage attendance, and communicate updates to registered participants.

The platform brings event registration, paid tickets, digital waivers, and QR-code check-in together in one app. It also supports Stripe payments, discount codes, push notifications, participant rules such as age or skill requirements, and management of multiple clubs through one login. Waivers are timestamped, securely stored, and exportable as PDFs; route tools account for elevation. The service is available in Italian and English.

StrideMates charges clubs €0.50 only for each paid ticket. Free events carry no fee, and clubs pay no subscription or setup charge. Ticket payments go directly to the club’s Stripe account. The app is available for iOS and Android.
