Strike First

Strike First Krav Maga is a Berlin-based school specializing in martial arts, practical self-defense, and fitness training. Its programs serve adults aged 16 and over, teens aged 12–15, and children aged 8–11, with classes designed to build confidence, awareness, and effective responses to challenging situations. Women can join Stay Away, a dedicated program taught in women-only groups, while Kravletics offers functional fitness to develop strength and endurance alongside Krav Maga.

The school emphasizes authentic, practical techniques rather than performance or trends. Its instructors receive regular training and assessment from international IKMF experts, and classes combine self-defense with physical conditioning in a structured, welcoming setting suitable for beginners and experienced participants. Training takes place at a centrally located facility in Friedenau, Berlin, featuring a padded floor and walls, air conditioning, fresh-air ventilation, filtered drinking water, and specialist equipment. Strike First offers a free trial session, with prospective students contacted to arrange a suitable appointment.
