Después de dos exitosos años trabajando de la mano con transnacionales especializadas en Energía y Petróleo, la empresa decide expandir sus horizontes incursionando también en la industria alimenticia. Con el fin de cumplir dicho objetivo, STRIM invierte en el año 2020 en ECUAFOODFROZEN, una empresa ecuatoriana que desarrolla alimentos esterilizados, listos para el consumo y especializada en ventas al sector público. Actualmente, STRIM se encuentra desarrollando la marca ANDES NATURAL®, que ofrecerá los productos de ECUAFOODFROZEN adaptados a las necesidades del mercado de consumo particular latinoamericano. Posteriormente, STRIM decide invertir en CREPEKA, una empresa ecuatoriana dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de productos congelados. A lo largo del año 2021, STRIM ha convertido a CREPEKA en una empresa de referencia en el mercado, tras la realización de importantes cambios en sus productos, imagen y líneas de negocio para incluir la distribución B2B en el canal HORECA. Actualmente, STRIM continúa en la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de inversión en el mercado latinoamericano, actuando como aceleradora de pequeñas empresas y negocios en el continente y mantiene sus líneas de negocio IPC operativas y ejecutando proyectos en el sector publico y privado.
