Strive Northwest

Strive Northwest is a community-focused organization in Vancouver, Washington, dedicated to supporting possibilities for people of all abilities. After 60 years of service, including more than two decades as Innovative Services NW, the organization adopted its current name to better reflect its purpose while keeping its core programs in place. Its work helps children and adults build self-reliance through educational, therapeutic, and employment services.

Early Learning offers preschool programs for children ages 12 months to five years, with free and reduced tuition available to eligible families. Pediatric Therapy provides early intervention and outpatient speech, occupational, and physical therapies for children from birth through age 21. Employment Services supports adults facing disability-related barriers to work through career planning, job development, and ongoing employment assistance. The organization also offers ECEAP and related access services, and welcomes community members interested in donating or volunteering. Guided by a commitment to going beyond and building community, Strive Northwest works to create opportunities for people to learn, develop skills, and participate more fully in their communities.
