StriveScan provides student scanning technology for college fairs and campus events, helping students and college representatives connect efficiently. The company serves fairs sponsored by all 23 NACAC affiliates and 12 AACRAO affiliates, as well as regional organizations, individual high schools, community-based groups, and event organizers across the United States and in more than 82 countries.
Students register on their phones and receive a barcode by text and email. College representatives use StriveScan’s iPhone or Android app to scan barcodes and access student information instantly. The app also supports note-taking, follow-up, and rating, while representatives can export event data to Excel or CSV. Students and their families can register for free, and registration takes about two minutes.
StriveScan is available at thousands of college fairs. Many events include the service in their registration fees; where they do not, pricing starts at $23 per institution, per fair. Representatives can purchase credits for flexible use, with unlimited scans and representatives.
