STRiV Forward is a young adult transitional living and mental health program based in Orem, Utah. It supports people aged 18–25 and older as they build confidence, independence, and practical skills for adult life. The program combines therapeutic care with coaching, mentorship, structure, and experiential learning, helping students develop executive functioning, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life skills.
Students live in fully furnished apartments with private bedrooms and bathrooms in a small community of approximately 10–12 participants. A 1:4 staff-to-student ratio enables individualized guidance and meaningful relationships. Participants can pursue education, explore personal interests, and take part in community activities, volunteering, and outdoor experiences such as hiking, kayaking, and skiing.
STRiV supports young adults with needs including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and depressive disorders, as well as challenges with social connection and organization. Its approach emphasizes accountability, personal growth, and learning from setbacks in a supportive environment. Admissions include an initial conversation, assessment, and team review to determine suitability.
