SG Lány is a girls’ sports club focused on building a multisport community and providing a continuous pathway from early childhood to adult women’s sport. Its approach emphasizes general movement and a broad range of physical activities for younger girls, rather than early commitment to a single sport. The club plans to introduce specialization in seven-a-side rugby at a later age, around 15, and identifies this format as the focus for adult players.

The club lists age groups from U4 through U18 and women, with teams spanning girls born from 2022 to 2004. Its website provides information for newcomers, eligible age groups, the multisport academy, seven-a-side rugby, training locations, membership fees and the sports calendar. Visitors can also find contact details and access the club’s e-shop. Through its age-based categories and multisport philosophy, SG Lány aims to support girls’ participation in physical activity as they grow and offer a route toward rugby for those who wish to specialize.
