Founded by Liz Quinn, a fitness professional originally from the UK with more than 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, the brand focuses on functional fitness, pregnancy and postpartum education. Liz is professionally certified in Functional Fitness for Pregnancy and Post-partum and draws on both her professional expertise and personal experience of pregnancy and motherhood.

Strong Mama helps clients understand how pregnancy changes the body and how to adapt exercise safely at each stage, while continuing activities they enjoy where appropriate. Its offerings include personalised one-to-one consultations, small-group education and home exercise programmes. The guidance is tailored to individual training preferences, helping expectant and new mothers make informed choices about movement and exercise.
