Strong Prison Wives and Families, Inc. (SPWF) is a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to empowering women who support incarcerated loved ones. Recognizing the challenges faced by these individuals—where 1 in 4 women and 1 in 28 children has a family member in prison—SPWF offers vital programs designed to enhance their lives through education, mentoring, and community support.

The organization’s mentoring program connects trained mentors with women seeking guidance and encouragement, cultivating personal growth and resilience. SPWF aims to disrupt the cycle of recidivism by fostering a positive culture of support among its participants.

Additionally, SPWF encourages community involvement through volunteer opportunities, inviting individuals to bring their skills and compassion to those in need of assistance. Whether through fundraising, social media management, or direct mentorship, volunteers play a crucial role in advancing SPWF’s mission. Join them in their efforts to create a supportive network for those affected by incarceration.
