Studio Asara

Studio Asara is a yoga and wellbeing studio in Kellberg, Thyrnau, offering classes and support for people at different stages of life. Its program includes general yoga, postnatal yoga for mothers with babies, and prenatal yoga for expectant parents. Classes take place in small, personal groups, allowing the instructor to respond to participants’ needs and experience levels.

General yoga combines flowing movements with held postures to build strength and flexibility, alongside gentle Pilates elements. Postnatal sessions focus on gradual recovery, pelvic-floor and core strength, and considerate support for concerns such as abdominal muscle separation; babies are welcome. Prenatal classes use pregnancy-appropriate movement, breathing exercises, relaxation, and time for discussion. They aim to support mobility, posture, calm, and preparation for birth.

The instructor has training in Vinyasa Yoga and additional qualifications in prenatal and postnatal yoga, as well as distance-study training in holistic nutrition counseling. Studio Asara invites participants to reserve a mat and find a welcoming space to move, reconnect with their bodies, and make time for themselves.
