Studio Gember is a food, education and coaching business founded by Suzanne van den Heuvel, built around natural food, awareness and meaningful experiences. Its vegetarian nature cuisine encourages people to enjoy satisfying meals made with natural ingredients and to bring more vegetarian cooking into everyday life. The kitchen is vegetarian, with vegan options available on request; meat and fish are not categorically excluded from the broader approach.

Studio Gember provides cooking at clients’ locations, catering and cooking for retreats, training programmes and special events. It also offers courses and workshops that share practical skills and inspiration for vegetarian and vegan cooking, including the Vegetarian Nature Cuisine course and cooking weekends.

Alongside its food services, the business offers the Mindfulness & Eating training and coaching, helping participants explore their relationship with food, eating habits and personal needs. Individual mindful lifestyle and nutrition advice is available, including support related to stress, burnout and weight management.
