Studio KEM is a New York City-based, full-service interior design studio founded by Kelsey Egan Mutscheller. The studio creates residential and hospitality interiors that balance warmth, personality, and function, bringing an architectural perspective and a considered approach to each project. Its work spans residences in locations including East Hampton, Westport, Vero Beach, Big Sky, and Los Angeles, as well as hospitality projects in New York and Europe.

Studio KEM specializes in renovations, new construction, and comprehensive furnishing projects, considering a home’s architecture, interiors, and how clients want to live in the space. Its full-service offering covers the process from initial concepts through installation. Services include space planning, material palettes, and visual design presentations, alongside specifications for furniture, textiles, wallcoverings, window treatments, millwork, plumbing, lighting, and flooring. The studio also prepares construction drawings, schedules, and specifications; coordinates with architects, builders, and trades during construction; and manages purchasing, vendor communication, order tracking, freight, receiving, delivery, and damaged-item replacements.
