Studio Koester is a maternal wellbeing practice led by Roos, supporting women during pregnancy and after birth with nurturing treatments and personal attention. Its services include pregnancy massage, postpartum treatments, and PSYCH-K® sessions designed to help clients work with limiting beliefs and develop more supportive ones.
Pregnancy massage offers relaxation for the body and mind, with each session tailored to areas needing extra care. It lasts about 70 minutes, takes place on a specialist pregnancy massage table, and is suitable from the second trimester. Postpartum treatments are provided in the client’s home and last approximately two to two and a half hours. They may include herbal tea, a soothing foot bath, and a treatment chosen by the client, with time to talk about the birth if desired.
Through PSYCH-K®, Roos supports clients who want to address concerns such as anxiety about childbirth or difficult thoughts after birth, as well as beliefs unrelated to pregnancy or parenting.
