PANAX is a women-only movement studio in Kroměříž, Czech Republic, focused on helping women build fitness, support their health, and feel more confident through accessible, individually tailored exercise. Its welcoming, low-pressure environment is designed for beginners as well as women with different fitness levels, ages, body types, or health limitations. An experienced trainer provides professional supervision and prepares exercise plans suited to each client’s needs and abilities.

The studio offers individual workouts, group classes, circuit training, TRX, and the SM System, alongside body analysis and nutrition counseling. Sessions can be completed in as little as 30 minutes, and clients can attend flexibly according to their schedules. Regular measurements help track progress over time. PANAX also welcomes women looking to lose weight, strengthen their bodies, ease back discomfort, return to exercise after illness or surgery, or simply establish a regular movement routine.
