The Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme 2024 is an innovative initiative launched by the Assam government to empower female students who have excelled academically. Designed to benefit girls who have achieved first-division marks in their Class 12 exams, the scheme offers eligible participants a free scooty to enhance their mobility and independence. This year, 20,000 outstanding female students in Assam will receive scooters, which can be either electric or petrol-powered.

In addition to the scooty, the scheme provides a comprehensive support package, including free textbooks, uniforms, and a monthly allowance of ₹1,000 to cover food expenses. Furthermore, beneficiaries are eligible for a one-time education loan subsidy of ₹50,000, making higher education accessible and affordable. Registration for the scheme is open from August 19 to August 25, 2024, through the official SEBA online portal. The Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme not only incentivizes academic excellence but also supports young women in pursuing their educational goals with greater ease and convenience.
