Stutteri Ahl is an Icelandic horse breeding and training stable based in Ebeltoft, Denmark, run by Svava Svansdóttir and Jesper Viskum Madsen. With more than 20 years of breeding experience, the stable raises horses across all life stages, from foals and young horses to riding and competition horses, breeding mares, and retired horses. Its work follows each horse from breeding through development into a trained riding horse, with the horses growing up in the stable’s surroundings.
Stutteri Ahl offers Icelandic horses for sale, including horses bred, raised, started under saddle, and trained at the stable. The breeding program aims for large, lightly built horses with strong gaits and friendly temperaments. Training is varied and takes place both indoors and outdoors, individually and with other horses. The website also shares stable news, information about its horses and breeding, customer testimonials, and updates through Facebook. In addition to its equestrian activities, Stutteri Ahl offers a holiday home.
