SubLetU

SubLetU is a technology platform that helps Syracuse students connect with people seeking or offering sublets near campus. Users can browse available listings, post a sublet, message other users, and save places they are interested in. Listings can be searched by location, move-in and move-out dates, price, and other filters. Prices are shown per person, per month, and listers must confirm an @syr.edu email address before posting. Students can create a free account with a Syracuse University email to access listings.

The platform is free to use for posting and messaging. SubLetU’s role is limited to connecting users: it does not act as a landlord, property manager, real estate broker, agent, or payment intermediary. It does not recommend, negotiate, or verify listings, and it is not involved in leases, payments, or other transactions. Users communicate and make agreements directly with one another, and are responsible for complying with their lease terms, university policies, and applicable law.
