Its equipment includes Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 3S, and Pico 4 Ultra headsets, supported by a high-speed internet connection.

Visitors can book online or drop in, attending individually or in groups of up to four. Experiences include games developed by industry-leading studios, with Subversity highlighting its collaboration with Arvilab on escape rooms, puzzles, mysteries, fantasy adventures, zombie combat, and survival quests. The venue also supports team-building sessions, conferences, debates, and business meetings in VR.

Customers can choose from timed membership packages, single-session tickets, or gift cards, with fees varying by experience. Memberships include pay-per-minute headset use, unlimited access to coworking and co-learning spaces, Wi-Fi, and monthly special offers on VR applications.
