About Success Capital
Success Capital is a proudly African and unapologetically LGBTIQ+ youth-led, managed, and serving organization operating from Tlokweng, in the outskirts of Gaborone, Botswana. They are committed to linking grassroots experiences with global and regional mechanisms to create positive change. Success Capital focuses on strengthening and safeguarding agency in the form of voice and visibility within human rights, sustainable development, and the systemic frameworks that impede LGBTIQ+ youth from thriving in socio-economically complex environments.
Their work is centered on three pillars: participatory decolonized knowledge production, peer-to-peer systemic knowledge sharing, and supporting variant forms of civic action and participation. They are radical, bold, and determined to overcome obstacles.
