Jil Rieger is the founder and leader of LILA HERZEN, a coaching and support brand for women affected by addiction in a partner’s or family member’s life. Drawing on her personal experience of addiction in family and relationships, as well as professional training in addiction counselling, mental coaching, communication, relaxation, stress management and nutrition, Jil offers a compassionate, holistic approach. The work focuses on helping clients understand codependency, step out of emotional entanglement and rebuild self-connection, security and meaningful relationships.

The brand’s central offer is the LILA HERZEN Reise, an online group coaching programme featuring weekly live sessions, monthly individual calls, video resources and a workbook. Jil also provides three- or six-month one-to-one coaching by Zoom, with a digital workspace, WhatsApp contact and access to group meetings. Additional resources include a self-test on codependency and Jil’s book, Die Lösung in der Suchtbeziehung. Jil and her team aim to support reflection, personal growth and renewed connection, with a trauma-sensitive perspective in their guidance.
