Sulkta Coop is a decentralized cooperative built on Cardano, guided by patient, deliberate development and a commitment to self-sovereignty. Its governance is conducted on-chain and based on stake, giving token holders a role in shaping the cooperative’s direction. Members can stake TRP and vote on proposals, while the treasury remains transparent and controlled by holders, without venture capital or permission requirements.

The coop develops and supports projects at their own pace, sharing information about active builds, paused efforts, and future work. Its token ecosystem includes TRP, which governs the cooperative, and MAP, which governs ADAMaps; both operate on Cardano and are described as locked, distributed, and community-controlled. Sulkta also runs the TORT staking pool. Although the pool has never minted a block, its node remains operational, reflecting the coop’s focus on persistence rather than speed. Its approach emphasizes self-hosted infrastructure, on-chain governance, and transparency, with analytics kept within the cooperative rather than shared with third parties.
