Summation Athletics

Summation Athletics is a training and mentorship brand helping people prepare for demanding outdoor goals. Its approach is built around the idea that structured exercise and expert guidance can make the path toward an ambitious objective more manageable. The brand serves athletes pursuing alpine activities, including climbing and skiing, as well as hunters preparing for challenges such as packing out an elk.

Summation Athletics offers pre-made training plans for a range of goals and activities, allowing participants to begin with a ready-to-use program. For more individualized support, one-on-one coaching provides access to an expert coach. The brand also offers custom training plans that deliver instruction in eight-week blocks. Its coaching and mentorship are framed as ways to make training engaging and help people work toward their goals.

Visitors can learn about the company’s philosophy, training, coaching strategies, and coaches through its website, which also features athlete stories, a blog, discounts, and occasional training resources and updates through its newsletter.
