The Summer Foundation is an Australian organisation working to improve housing and living options for people with disability who have high support needs and require 24/7 support. It identifies, develops and scales practical ideas that help people have greater choice about where they live, who they live with and how they are supported. It pioneered the 10+1 model, contributing to more than 2,000 enrolled SDA apartments, and established the Housing Hub, which has supported over 1,200 people to find a home.
