Summum Lodge

Summum Lodge is a serviced-apartment development in Saas-Fee, a mountain village in Switzerland’s Valais Alps. The project brings together contemporary alpine design and traditional Walser architecture, with an emphasis on high-quality materials, wellbeing and a mindful approach to the environment. Its apartments are offered for purchase on a “buy to use and let” basis: owners can enjoy their home for holidays and have it rented out when not in use, with income pooled among investors.

The planned accommodation ranges from one- to three-bedroom layouts, including wellness apartments and wheelchair-accessible options. Services and facilities include professional management and concierge support, a restaurant, bar, lounge, outdoor terrace, and a wellness area of more than 350 square metres with private units. Guests can also access digital services, smart-home features, sports equipment and ski-storage facilities. The location is about 700 metres from the slopes and offers views of the surrounding peaks. Building work began in October 2024, with opening planned for the 2027/2028 season.
