The Sun Gazing Community encourages individuals on their daily journeys, sharing insights from great thinkers and seekers to illuminate pathways towards happiness. Through challenging and changing patterns of thought, speech, and behavior, Sun Gazing aims to foster meaningful connections in a world craving such interactions.

The website serves as a platform for mutual sharing, working together to transform negativity into positivity, hate into love, and isolation into community. By broadening the scope of their mission, Sun Gazing seeks to empower individuals to shift from despair to hope, self-hate to self-respect, and judgement to tolerance.
