Sunbeam Hair Studio

Sunbeam Hair Studio is a luxury hair salon in downtown Louisville, Colorado, founded by April Wetzel in 2020. What began as a single-chair studio has grown into a six-chair salon offering a relaxed, personalized experience. Its stylists provide consultations and tailor cuts and color to each client, with services including balayage, highlights, foilayage, dimensional color, color corrections, modern grey blending, haircuts, brow services, and hand-tied extensions. The salon serves clients in Louisville, Boulder, Denver, Lafayette, Longmont, and across the Front Range.

Sunbeam focuses on high-end hair designed to be low maintenance. As a session salon, it uses transparent hourly pricing, and stylists do not double-book appointments. The studio also emphasizes sustainability: it is a Gold Level member of the Colorado Green Business Network and partners with Green Circle Salons to divert 93% of its waste through recycling and composting. Its clean-beauty products are described as organic, naturally derived, and sustainably sourced. Sunbeam donates 1% of its profits to Conscious Alliance.
