For those seeking a place to stay, Sunndal Fjellstyre offers cabin rental and information about huts and outdoor recreation. Its work and resources also cover land use, the Snøhetta wild reindeer area, population counts and wildlife inspections. The website shares practical updates, such as permit arrangements, hunting dates and seasonal notices, alongside meeting records, annual reports and organisational information. Based in Sunndalsøra, Sunndal Fjellstyre serves as a local point of contact for planning responsible recreation and making the most of the region’s hunting, fishing and mountain experiences.
