SUNNY ALPACAS

Sunny Alpacas is an alpaca farm in Blaine, Washington, operated by James and Ichi Kwon. Located near the Canadian border and Interstate 5, the farm focuses on alpaca breeding, sales, and farm tours. Its breeding program offers alpacas with established genetics, including breeding females and herdsires, and the farm highlights champion animals and bloodlines.

Buyers can purchase individual alpacas, multi-animal groups, and special packages. Breeding females include a complimentary breeding with a selected available herdsire; bred females may stay at the farm until pregnancy is confirmed, and purchased alpacas are eligible for up to 60 days of free boarding. Sunny Alpacas also offers farm tours and sells alpaca-related products through its online store.

The farm is now conducting a retirement sale, with the primary goal of placing its alpacas in suitable homes. For serious buyers, a turnkey opportunity may include the property, facilities, equipment, supplies, remaining herd, and tour program. The owners offer mentoring and transition support to help new or expanding farms continue the breeding program
