Sunny California

Sunny California is a California-based surf and lifestyle shop rooted in surf, moto, and everyday coastal life. With two Central Coast locations in Santa Cruz and Carmel, the brand brings apparel, equipment, and community together under one roof. Its range includes men’s and women’s clothing, swimwear, footwear, sunglasses, bags, headwear, and home and lifestyle goods, alongside surf essentials such as surfboards, wetsuits, fins, leashes, board bags, wax, and repair kits. Moto offerings include helmets, goggles, gloves, jerseys, jackets, pants, and socks.

Beyond retail, Sunny California offers surfboard rentals and a coworking space near Pleasure Point, with board storage and high-speed Wi-Fi for remote workers and surfers. The shop also hosts events, including live music, film nights, and community gatherings, and publishes a journal featuring surf culture, athletes, artists, films, and podcasts. Its identity centers on boards, local community, and Central Coast life, connecting practical gear and everyday goods with opportunities to work, explore, and take part in coastal culture.
