Sunrise Farmers is a sustainable agriculture venture based in Mayikpo, Togo. We blend farming, innovation, and community leadership to transform rural livelihoods. We currently cultivate 5 hectares of cassava and are expanding to 20+ hectares with the addition of habanero peppers and pineapples. Our water infrastructure development includes solar-powered surface irrigation designed for climate resilience and dry season farming. As a local agricultural hub, Sunrise Farmers is deeply rooted in the community. We provide jobs, train local farmers, and empower youth and women through cooperative models that strengthen the region’s food system. Our strategic focus includes regenerative crop production, value-added cassava processing, solar irrigation, technology pilot programs with agri-tech innovators, and partnerships that support inclusive growth.
