Sunset Living

Sunset Living is a Panama City-based relocation concierge helping expatriates navigate residency and the practical steps of moving to Panama. Established in 2016, the company supports clients in English, Spanish, and German, with transparent, agreed-upon flat fees and a complimentary 30-minute introductory call.

Its services include reviewing residency eligibility, coordinating Friendly Nations visa applications, and providing guidance on documents, apostilles, translations, and appointments. Sunset Living also helps clients prepare for arrival, find suitable short-term housing, and make introductions related to local banking and utilities. Support is available to retirees exploring options such as the Pensionado visa, as well as people relocating for work, business, investment, or a second home.

Sunset Living coordinates the process and connects clients with qualified local professionals. Required immigration filings are handled by its named legal partner, licensed Panamanian attorney John Robert Ward Abrego of 4Corporate Law. The company aims to explain options clearly, set realistic expectations, and help each client assess whether Panama fits their plans before proceeding.
