Sunshine Weddings and Events

Sunshine Weddings and Events is the personal wedding and event-planning service of Julia, who creates thoughtful, individual celebrations in Bavaria, around Lake Chiemsee, at Lake Garda and wherever clients wish to celebrate. The business supports weddings, corporate events and private occasions, helping clients enjoy the anticipation while reducing the workload and stress of planning.

Julia offers personal guidance from the first ideas through the search for a suitable venue and service providers, budget and schedule planning, and coordination on the event day. Clients can book complete planning, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, decoration and floristry, or request support with specific parts of their event. Her services also include gathering and comparing offers, managing communications and keeping arrangements on track.

With an emphasis on organisation, flexibility and attention to detail, Sunshine Weddings and Events aims to bring each client’s ideas to life while leaving room for personal choices. Julia works directly with clients throughout the process and draws on her planning experience and professional contacts to help create celebrations that feel distinctive and well coordinated.
