About SUNSHINE CERCLE
Welcome to the Sunshine Cercle, where healing and self-discovery meet. Djinane AlSuwayeh, a Somatic Movement Therapy Practitioner based in Kuwait, has created a sanctuary for individuals to explore somatic practices and reconnect with their bodies. As a certified RYT500 Trauma-Trained Yoga and Somatic Practitioner, Djinane combines mindfulness, neuroscience, and movement to help you move from habit to choice.
With a background in visual and expressive arts, her work focuses on fostering connection and safety, guiding you through experiential embodied practices. The Sunshine Cercle offers a range of offerings, including Somatic Yoga Therapy and Integrative Somatic Therapy, both available online or in person. Additionally, you can immerse yourself in the Painted Portrait Immersion or the Embodied Being Immersion, both designed to support self-discovery and empowerment.
