Supełek is a therapeutic preschool in Łódź, Poland, supporting children with autism and Asperger’s syndrome who have a certificate of special educational needs. The centre provides a safe, accepting environment for early and intensive therapeutic support, with care from experienced special education teachers, speech therapists, psychologists and sensory integration therapists. Children learn and play in small groups of five or six, in rooms designed to reduce unnecessary sensory stimulation.

Supełek tailors its therapeutic approach to each child, focusing particularly on communication, independence and social skills. Progress is assessed using established international standards. The centre also offers Early Childhood Development Support (WWR), which can provide an initial step toward preschool participation. Parents are welcomed as active members of the community and partners in the child’s support.

Located in a house with a garden on Starorudzka Street, Supełek operates Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Families can arrange catered lunches or bring meals from home, which can be stored and heated safely. Recruitment is open throughout the year.
