Sure Petcare

Sure Petcare is a leading brand in the pet industry, offering innovative products and services to improve the lives of both pets and their owners. The brand's story began when Dr Nick Hill, a Cambridge physicist, experienced the frustration of unwanted neighborhood cats entering his home and terrorizing his own cat. Determined to find a solution without subjecting his cat to wearing a collar, he developed a groundbreaking technology that utilizes a cat's existing microchip as an electronic door key.

Thus, the SureFlap brand was born in 2008, introducing the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap range. Since then, Sure Petcare has continued to expand its product range, including the SureFlap Microchip Pet Door for larger cats and small dogs, the SureFlap DualScan Microchip Cat Flap for multi-pet households, and the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder for controlled feeding in multi-pet households. In 2015, SureFlap joined the Allflex Group, enhancing its capabilities with animal intelligence technology.

Sure Petcare's commitment to innovation was further demonstrated in 2017 with the launch of the world's first app-controlled Microchip Pet Door, which allows pet owners to remotely control access, monitor their pets' activity, and observe changes in their behavior or routine. With a focus on improving the bond between pets and their owners, Sure Petcare continues to revolutionize the pet industry with its connected and intelligent pet care solutions
